Renters, you deserve a beautiful home
Originally, we intended to build and sell condos. Not just any condos — the best condos, environmentally responsible and state of the art. When the economy took a downward turn, we had to re-think our mission.We still have our condos — and they’re very environmentally responsible and state of the art (and the best in town) — but we rent them. And the homes we rehabbed (now top-notch rentals) include a house, a house duplex, and our first house “fourplex.” Look for more in the future.
What we’ve discovered in the last few years is the pleasure of building, rehabbing, and renting really nice homes to people who appreciate and care for them. Faculty, students, people of all ages and walks of life — thanks for finding us, and we look forward to sharing our homes with you.
